Signature Series Construction LLC is an entreprenistic approached General Contracting Company.
We do everything from custom-built homes to patios and fences. Over the years, we have grown
a team of very specialized contractors who can design and build just about anything. The demand
for our work has taken us to new levels and business practices not traditionally found in
construction.
If you're looking for a full-fledge general contractor who can take napkin ideas to their final form,
you're in the right place. We won't be the right fit for your kitchen or bathroom remodel, but if
you're looking for a massive transformation for your home we'd love to swing the hammer.

Our Process
We have streamlined our process to encourage project transparency
1. Phone call consultation to determine the projects perimeters
2. Due Diligence on our side to ensure project is possible
-We will check your city ordinances and zoning and determine if the project is possible
3. Site visit and expectations meeting
-It’s important for us to ensure we both feel that we’re the right fit for the project and that we have
the same expectations moving forward.
4. 3D drawings and initial thoughts
-If we choose to move forward, and architectural drawings are not already prepared, we will create
a 3D concept of your project so we can easily work the details to create your proposal. Proposals are free
for projects with the exception of garages, additions, and houses. Prices range from $250-$500
5. Corrections and changes
-we will continue to make corrections and changes to your project and drawings scaling it up or
down to meet your budget or ideas until you accept it. No limit on changes.
6. Final Proposal
-Once all changes are accepted, we will submit your final proposal. If you chose to accept, we begin
to discuss steps moving forward.
Most of our projects require a plot plan, architectural drawings, and a permit.
Plot plan - A plot plan is an architectural drawing that shows all the major features and
structures on a piece of property. ($2000)
Architectural Drawings - the technical drawing of your project, depicting the specifics of your
project, size, shape, and features. ($500-$5000)
Permit – Paid permission from the city to build your project.
($500-$5000)
*Variance – Sometimes we need special permission from the town to build your project. If so,
we will apply for this permission for you and take all necessary steps to complete it.
